So here we are at the end of the year! One contest to go until we organise the top prizes, who is going to get the boards ? I know one thing, it's not going to be me, but il give you the picks one last time for the final contest of they year, WSL Pipe Masters. On the top of the board, I think that most of us picked him every contest of the year, I have John John Florence & also Julian Wilson, it was a toss up between him & Owen but I would like to see Julian do a good job out there!
I have to say, alot of selling surfing products online, or any products i imagine is spent at a desk, researching, packing, uploading, liasing the list goes on. This is a daily occurence, so if there is a surf contest online, it will be on, all day, whilst the daily routine goes on. Point is, i have watched a lot of contests, a heap of heats & thousands of waves. The point after that is, i am slightly concerned at how the Quiksilver Pro ended up on Friday.
A big name in the world of shaping & just the surfing world in general, Brett Warner is a man who needs no introduction. His label Warner surfboards based in Sydney is popular world over & with good reason, a pro surfer in his day, Brett who has had his boards online with us since early this year has done an interview with us to talk about his life on tour, his son following in his footsteps & his thoughts on what it takes to be a good shaper & even where he thinks shaping is heading.
