The Chilli Surfboards review! In the beginning, Tradewind Surf started solely as a custom board store. Things have changed now, but we still sell plenty of custom boards & a Chilli Surfboard review is something we can almost do with our eyes shut. For almost 15 years we have sold Chilli Surfboards. So what is there to say about them.

Chilli Surfboard Review – 

Of all the years we have sold custom surfboards. Chilli models were the one that we received the most positive feedback on. That is saying something considering we have worked with every big brand in years prior. That is from surfers of all skill levels too. Often guys that can surf as we have a core crew of guys that order through us.

What they had to say –  

One of the things we heard often off good surfers is that Chilli had a great way of hiding foam. This meant they were getting plenty of float & paddle power but still able to shred on the board. This is one of the age old problems for people when ordering boards. Another thing we heard a lot of is that these boards are extremely responsive. This again was from our crop of great surfers.

Chilli Surfboards review for intermediate – 

Chilli Surfboards are equally as impressive for the beginner/intermediate market. That being said, in general it is easier to make a good board for this market more so than a performance surfer who has been refining boards for years. The trick is getting the volume right & a model for the waves you are surfing.

So which models then – 

I like to not confuse things with too many options. So look at The Chilli Popper or The Chilli Mid Strength for something to begin or progress on.
