The Walden Surfboards review. A brand that needs no introduction. For years we were only aware of the Mega Magic models. But there is more to the Walden range. We now have the whole Walden range available at Tradewind Surf.
Walden Surfboards review –
The Walden range is all longboards. With the closest thing to a shortboard being the Walden Micro Magic which comes in 6’0 as the smallest size. It is a squashed Mega Magic so plenty of volume. But there is some performance with this model. Riders of Walden across the range are often commenting on how the boards, can still turn & perform regardless of the size, compared to similar boards in the same class.
Which Walden should I get –
This all depends where you are on your surfing journey & what you are space you are trying to fill. The beauty of the range is someone can come back from a big break or injury & start on a Mega Magic & progress back in volume to other models. Or guys could surf a Deviled Egg & progress years later as they age to a Mega Magic. We do see a lot of customer retention with the Walden’s because they go great. It’s about seeing where you are at in your surfing journey & choosing which model from there. We can help with that!
