The DHD Eager Beaver model is a board built for small mushy waves, taken with inspiration from places like, the Gold Coast, California & Brazil. It features a deep single concave into a light vee at the tail as this is Darren’s go to bottom shape for boards made to go in small conditions. Plenty of speed & quick transitions are a result of this bottom contour. Most surfers these days need a board that is great for the junky surf, the challenge is having a board for junky surf that paddles nicely, but still performs to optimum level especially for the team guys, Mick & Darren have perfected this model with everything you need to get speed but still have that quick release you need in ordinary waves.
