The steamer above is the Ocean Earth short sleeve 3/2mm zero zip steamer. I use this steamer personally for surfing around SEQ & northern NSW. It has been a great suit, keeping me warm, comfortable & also standing the test of time & durability.
Which wetsuit should I get for the Sunshine Coast –
It all depends on time of year. As water temp & climate wise we are very lucky. I would say no more than a 3/2mm for the middle of winter in this area. As it gets warmer around September October. You can use a spring suit or short john. As it heads into December you can can opt for a vest to keep the wind off in most cases.
