The Torq Surfboards review 23/24. The reason we have put a year next to this is we have already done a Torq Surfboards review back in 2020. If you have not seen that original & would like to then click here. Things have come a long way for Torq since 2020 & they are now a household name in surfing circles.
Torq Surfboards Review 23/24 –
We have long known that Torq are the strongest board on the market. Back in my sales agent days. I many times watched Terry Fitzgerald drop these on the ground to prove the strength. As I explained in the 2020 review Terry was head of the brand in Australia & called me when he needed an agent in QLD. We used to go on sales trips together. Selling Torq t0 customers all over. This is where I learnt about the brand & the crazy strength of the TET range.
Torq Technologies –
The Torq Tec models are strong & built for performance. The PGR, Fish & Multiplier are examples of these models that you can ride in Tec. Similar to TET. However, not as strong & built more so for performance. ACT is a pre preg technology, which has the resin vacuumed out of the board for extra light weight, performance models. TEC & ACT come in shortboards through to longboards. So there is something for everyone.
Summary –
The Torq range continues to evolve & the boards from old favourites to new models are being received positively across the world. Each technology covers something from maximum strength through to peak performance.
